Sechrist Construction and Remodeling has successfully completed dozens of whole house remodeling projects. We also have completed over 200 room additions. In most cases the project begins when an experienced project manager comes out to view the homeowner’s project. During the meeting between the homeowner and a representative from Sechrist, the homeowner can share their vision for their home and their anticipated budget. The Sechrist representative will draft drawings that detail the scope of work to be performed and a preliminary project cost, or estimate will be established.
